OK I want to go out tonight, But what time is everyone going out??

If its like last night, you can get there at 6 and the parking lot at 13 mile will be PACKED, there will be some miscellaneous other parked cars, and a decent number of cars cruising. I couldn't believe how busy it was at 6. Some of the businesses cars were parking at were still open even! Weird. How did I end up making other plans for tonight
