Anyone here anything about Rocket Rides...? I just thought about them the other day, I know business has been horrible in Michigan. I checked out their website, seems to be up and running... Anyone talk to Dan over there?

I have not heard for him since we were all out on woodward. I dont know whats goin on over there.

Yeah, last time I talked to someone over at Rocket Rides things weren't doing so good.

Two reasons for a slow down right now:
1. economy
2. winter

These two things do more to slow down a performance shop than anything.

Yeah, it's really dissapointing. Lot of people bailing out of Michigan, lots and lots of homes up for sale. Not looking good.

Be honest with you, it doesn't even feel like Christmass. Not feeling it this year!!!

It was soooo bad last year for my family that we didnt have any chirstmas gifts. Becouse my dad is self employed and he is a tile layer and not much work was coming in, As for this year dad has had some big projects. Thank god becouse my mom also works and thay came close to almost having to sell the house. I know alot of people my age that has left michigan becouse there is nothing here for them. I hope things will turn around really soon here. I dont think michigan can hold on much more. Ok my raint is over. haha

Yeah, I know. I don't understand how some people make a living nowadays. I know if it wasn't for our parents a lot of us would be up shits creek. A box of cereal is like $3 nowadays, it's unbelievable. I think it's going to get harder and harder to make a living in this state.

To add to this: Michigan's goverment is ask Why is michigan's young people leaving michigan? My guess there is no jobs! Pretty soon there will be no middle class there will be just Rich and Poor. I just cant belive michigan is stuck with Jennifer Grandholm for anouther 4 years. I was really hoping to see Dick Devos win o well. Me and Brian were talkin and he is like when I get out of school is there going to be a job for me. Or are we going to have to leave michigan and leave are family and friends becouse there is no work?

I guees this one thing that we disagree on. I was glad to see DeVos lose. Most don't understand that a lot of the mess Granholm had was left over form the douchbag that there before her. You can't blame her for the economy when we are an industrialized state whose main base of income comes form the Big Three. She had nothing to do with car sales going down.

Anyway, I'm going to let this die. The voters have already spoke.
