yup.. that has been around for a while now. (couple years at least)

Great idea though. My favorite part is the ability to independently tune longitudnal and lateral stiffness. this essentially would mean that we 'could' have a drag slick and a road race tire all in one!

but they still have a long way to go in the development phase... so we'll see how it turns out.
