Ok and here is the issue I have with "capping" someone’s profits...no problem cap away!!! But then are you gonna cap their losses too?!?! Or ONLY the profit side?!?! I mean I don’t have stock but I’m sure some do, and if you cap one side you’d better be prepared to cap the other because what goes up…..must AND WILL COME DOWN! Hmmm seems a bit skewed to me. As a business owner I would hate to see a cap on my profit after all, supply and demand is the best thing to determine pricing. Not some bureaucrats! :}n Look it is what it is, we have rendered ourselves pretty much extinct in the OIL world, anyone wanna take a guess at the last time an oil refinery was built in the US??? It's simple......as long as we depend on FOREGIN COUNTIRIES for USA oil....we will pay what OPEC decides! (That stands for Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries for those wondering)
