You need to find out the following before you decide...
Will they all fit your application with minimal to no modifications or extras? ie. Wiring harnesses, dash kits, do you have steering mounted stereo controls?
What options really fit your needs? I know you mentioned HD radio and satellite. HD isnt too hard to get on high end equipment (such as what your looking at) But then you need to decide which satellite radio company interests you the most, i have heard good about both, its like ford vs. chevy lol. What about CDs, MP3, WMA formats, well those are pretty standard as well. Do you have an ipod? Do you need aux inputs, do you ever plan on running video through your car (hope not :) ).
Probably the most important one is how it will feel to use in your car. The faceplate has to be easily accessible to change tracks, etc on the fly while driving w/o crashing. Those little remotes they give you? Cute but they usually end up behind my seat or dropped or somewhere else in the vehicle.
Performance issues, well most of the recievers are all the same anyways nowadays. you wont notice a 1wattx4 difference, and if you need 75 watts per 4 speakers in your car, well your prbly deaf.
Lots of things to consider, hope this helps.
