Anyone
Anyone have any junkyard ties or even have the part I need? I need a steering wheel for a 96 Z28. I've tried harry and sons, and macomb salvage no luck.

damn i wish i knew sooner... my uncle has like 3 camaros he uses for parts that all have the steering wheels... but im leaving for AZ monday and wont be back till may...

Where is schrams located and do you know the phone number?Thanks. Ta Jay I tried warhoops and no luck. I need one bad so hopefully i can find something. If anyone heres anything I just need the wheel not the airbag.

last time i was at warhoops they did not have any 4th gen camaros. they may have some now, but im not sure.
If i recall the owner was big into 4th gens and was taking a lot of stuff off of them.
Worth a call/drive anyways.

yes my uncle is local but he is in a ghetto area at 5 mile and southfield freeway... it is the shop where he keeps his SCCA Camaro. But because of the location and the amount of tools and money locked up in it he doesnt let anyone come down to pull parts or anything unless he knows them. So in this case i would go pull it for you, but as i said im going back to AZ for school. if you can wait till spring i can get one for basically free lol.
Sorry its just how my uncle does it. He trys not to attract alot of attention to the place as it has been broken into a few times.
Just ask Jay or Eric about the area... they were there once...
