Where's blondestar when you need it....

So as some of you know...I work at Saturn of Troy. Every car dealer gets some pretty stupid people in for service, but it seems like the Saturn owners take the cake. Like for example a complaint I had over the summer.

Cust states sounds like something is rolling around inside of trunk.

Fix: Go buy some chips in vending machine and a pop. Go drive around for 25 minutes in nice A/C listening to radio enjoying newly purchased refreshments. Get back, open trunk and find huge boox of random shit in trunk. Wash car, pull around, fill out paperwork. Job done..

There's been a few others but we won't get into that. Today is what really chapped my ass though. A lady comes in, the porter asks her how she's doing, she storms off and goes straight into service writer aisle after bickering withher husband fumbling around for her key, and break's one of out xmas decorations that we have set up.

She walks up to the writer, he asks how her day is, which she rings right back at him SHITTY!

Brace yourself here....

My car battery died and I was locked inside my car for an hour. DO YOU KNOW WHAT IT'S LIKE TO SIT INSIDE A CAR FOR AN HOUR IN 30* WEATHER????

That's right, she was locked inside her car for an hour. Yes I understand some cars have fully electronic locks that are not error proof, but usually have a back up system.

However, this was a 2004 ION, with normal locks. You push the thing so the red tape is showing, it's unlocked. You push it so it isn't showing, and it is locked. And it turn's out the car battery was fine, it was the key fob that died. WTF?!?

She freakin sat in her car for an hour in the cold and didn't think to push the lock to the open position, then bitches at the writer that her car is a piece of crap. He even asked if she tried that and she just got more angry and said no the unlock button wouldn't work lol

Sooo, who's got stupid people stories at their work??

the problem is, the stupid breed... in abundance. the intellegent have more important things to do with their time. I think government inforced sterilization could be helpful in this case. if you cannot pass some kind of test you are not allowed to have children... or pets. there are many people that should NEVER have been allowed to try to raise children.

That ep was hilarious. I have really taken a liking to family guy now that it is on during the week at 1130pm on cartoon network.
