yea so i drove to MSU on thursday afternoon....it was a death trap...i changed lanes once and i was sideways at 60mph on the highway...i gotta say iver driven in some scary shit (huricane in florida, monsoons in Arizona, sand storms in AZ) and this was the worst...

I drove my car wednesday night around midnight over to my dads rental house to put it in the garage and there was like 1/2 of snow on the ground...well my directional Z-rated tires are like runnin slicks...i was spinning them all the way there...but it was fun...all before the salt went down so my car has yet to see salt....and it will stay that way

I heard that other states use like heated sand on the roads instead of salt? Which states are those?

yes they do this in all the states...the reason we dont see it is because they dont use it on streets with curbs...because in spring it will still be there where if there are no curbs it does right into the grass or whatever is there
