they do need PC to search, but if u give them reason to pull you over, i bet they have a reason to search it waiting.they also have access to anything in teh drivers reach. if they see something, that may be suspicious, u can be searched or if you refuse they can bring a dog. theirs so much with searching, i could go on for hours. just drive right, respect the law yada yada yada. granted being pulled over is a hassle, but if you are nice and respectful you will either be let go or given a reduced ticket hopefully.


side note-i would look for any reason to search anyones car. just cuz ur bein nice dont mean you dont have 2lbs of crack under your seat or a 9mm under your right thigh.

all four doors open and I see some biker looking white man in the back.. They ran up on me and pulled thier badges and one had his gun out..

cop: GET OUT OF THE CAR!
me: Don't you need the reg/ins..
cop: GET OUT OF THE CAR!
me: Ok.. (puts me on the side of the car..)
cop: keep your hands on the car
me: What did I do..

They they ask do I have any drugs or weapons on me or in the car. I told them no and they searched the car.. then they move me to the rear of my car and a female officer is starts asking me what im doing in mt. clemens cause i live in ray.. then they ask who was the black person I was talking to at the gas station!! (I'm think this is BULLSHIT).. I tell them and they still dont belive me.. Then while there searching the car one cops like he has nitrous on the car and he asked me and I said yes i do.. Then the cops make me open the gas lid and they look in there then one says lets go.. They they leave. One said "Slow it down"

I'm standing there my car in all open doors trunk gas cap open and my girls g-ma saw the whole thing and so did the neighbors.. I felt like an idiot..

I fuckin hate cops.. I cant talk to my friend cause he is black without a cop thinking that im buyin drugs.... It was fucked up. I think I got most of the story in..

You drove right into a surviellance of some type. The fact that they rolled up on you with cars not equipped with lights, and looked in your gas door indicates they had some sort of narcotic surviellance going. You were in the wrong place at the wrong time

1. My truck was locked, they punched in the door lock, ripped out the ignition switch trying to start it, and then looked for something of value to take when the PATS stopped them from taking the whole truck.

2. I have evidence on who did it, but they won't get it from me. The place I got the letters from told me they have an address for shipping on the items that were ordered that is not my address. They said they can't give me the address but would give it to the police. The police didn't want to make copies of the letters when I filed the report and told me someone would get ahold of me. No one has.

So yeah, in this case the cops can do something, and they aren't, and it is incredibly lame. :smt076
