If you went to the Clawson Po dept....they are only good for speeding tickets, drunk driving, and Dunkin Dog-nuts....nothing esle...I know this cause they did absolutly nothing for the two attempted break-ins at our old house in Clawson...all we got was a buisness card.

Mt. Clemens is getting pritty bad over there I hear, that is why they treated you this way. I think it's wrong, but what can you do. Like Jay said, you do have a nice car. That's what they kind of look for. |

Police searched my car in roseville the other day.
Me and my buddy and my gf were coming back from buffalo wild wings on 15 and utica, we make it to utica and gratiot and we get pulled over, they got all of us outta the car and frisked us. After they searched us and my car they didnt find anything so they explained to us that they saw a black jeep leave an apartment complex on 13 and utica who had bought drugs from "3 BLACK GUYS".
Wrong place, wrong time, but thanks to be clean i didnt have anything to worry about.

One big lie so they have probable cause! I would take that to the police department and complain. First of all, I would of never let them search my car. Police around here are starting to get really sloppy, they are missusing the law and avoiding our constitutional rights. If they ever pull that shit with me, going to give them some problems. They pulled me over on Mack for no reason at all one time, I asked the officer why they pulled me over and it was bs. I hit the white line, I was going to ask for his supervisor when my buddy actually new the cop, so he let me go. Guys don't be afraid if you were wrongfully pulled over, you have the right to ask and complain. And don't listen to Jay because he's becoming a cop anyway. :smt048

Actually dude, when you're on a public road they can search. Especially if you "swerved". Face it the cars we drive.......are not 4 door Cavalier's, They know what we do when they're not looking!! ()()()
