Speaking of going to big schools or local CC's. My dad has been a tech at a Ford dealer for 32 years or more now. Hard to keep track of things that started before you were a live. He's had guys come in that went to big expensive places like Wyo-tech and then other guys that came in from community colleges in Nebraska and Iowa. He says most of the time the kids from the smaller schools know more than the kids from the bigger places. Something to think about but if you want to get into more custom work and have someone teach you stuff you might not be able to get that from a smaller school. But really, what part of custom work are they going to teach you that you aren't going to learn in a normal auto repair body shop type setting. They can't teach creativity.

As for the Mopar thing i am a mopar guy at heart...i mean more of a jeep guy lol... whoever wants to pay me ill go with lol. Its all about getting my foot in the door.

I guess my decent sense of style and how to dress will pay off as most likey ill be the best dressed one from past experiences. GQ all the way lol :smt077

burn the Guess khakis old timer.....

get yourself some John Varvatos dress slacks and a sport coat, with a vertically striped shirt from express or MF, with some black leather shoes from Aldos...if your going the tie route, make sure the shirt is a flat color. no stripes or multi-coloring. if you wear khakis for Daimler Chrysler and this is an important important interview, i would over look you. your applying to be in a major business, one of the big three, the big Kahuna, u gotta dress like ur a big Kahuna, not like your goin bak to reform skool.

dont wear white socks lmfao

if this is a date to just shoot the shit and drink with sum big shots then wear khakis.

im thinkin a jacket might be too much...but i may just do it...as for the shirt and tie already got the solid color down...

Obviously im not going to wear white socks lol cant give up my nice new Maddens for some Aldos even though those are nice too.

as form the khackis they really arnt khackis as much as they are dress slacks...dont know why i reffered to them as that but i did...yes they are dress slacks lol little hook clip instead of the button and all :smt038

Hmmmm.......I guess I'm too classic.

The JV stuff is cool (if your a pimp, lol) but I'm assuming the guys you will be interviewing with are a diverse group (age wise) Cant go wrong with a nice DKNY or a Ralph Lauren 3 button suit!! Lt, or Dk grey with a White shirt and a Power Blue Tie!!! :smt023

Either way knock em dead Jerry!

Ron's thinking about what I would be thinking for any type of an interview setting. The suit just makes it nice and easy.
