Florida is sweet but make sure you have one hell of a strong garage to withstand those pesky huricanes lol.

Wouldnt it be cool to have an underground garage, like apart of your house but seperate of the basement?

Some houses in GPW have garages that are sub-ground level and you drive down into them.

But like having an underground parking structure, wouldnt that be sweet?

parking structure? yah i guess an underground garage might be cool, as long as u dont live on a flood plain or there is a very slim chance of flooding.

Good point lol since we were talkin about FL, the first time I was there in the Keys we got 24 inches in less then 30 hours. I never bitched about the amount of rain we get here again.
