i'm mainly looking for what years are good for EFI; need to know what vehicles to look for for donors. also looking to find out if there's any common little problems that should be addressed and what aftermarket upgrades are available.

as far as aftermarket goes, if I go carb I want a performer intake manifold; if EFI just wondering what needs to be upgraded, fixed or modified and a cam, maybe some rocker arms if I can get rollers.
