That's exactly the way that I'm leaning right now, cuz I have a buddy of mine that has a ton of 351 blocks that I'm sure that I could get my hands on. As of right now though, I'm thinking of going with a 351windsor block, stroking it to a 408 or 418, and then yeah, like you said, a good set of heads, an aggressive cam, and a big old double pumper carb.
