the problem is, the stupid breed... in abundance. the intellegent have more important things to do with their time. I think government inforced sterilization could be helpful in this case. if you cannot pass some kind of test you are not allowed to have children... or pets. there are many people that should NEVER have been allowed to try to raise children. |
