ok easy there chief...you may be better off having a shop do your performance add-ons, however, if you want to learn you need to chill out and im sure there's a ton of people here that can help you out
a "catback" is the term we use for the exhaust tubing coming after your catalytic converter, including the muffler. an aftermarket "catback" comes with larger tubing than stock and a better-flowing muffler. it'll usually provide a nice growl over the factory muffler and pick up 5-10 horsepower
