a. It's a tore-ass, save up for all the shit thats gunna go wrong with it(been there done that) or just trade it for something thats not gunna fall apart on you(no offense here just some words of wisdom from a former tore-ass owner).
b. A wise man once said; cheap, fast, reliable. You can only pick two.
c. If you choose to ignore point "A", your best bet is to start off with bolt-ons. Get a set of headers, remove your cats, and slap on a nice catback. Also, pick up a cold air intake of some sort. The two combined should be enough to give you at least some sotp increase.
